Recombinant N-Glycosidase F (PNGase F), also known as Peptide-N-glycosidase F, is a highly effective amidase cloned from Elizabethkingia miricola. It serves as the most potent enzymatic method for the removal of almost all N-linked oligosaccharides from glycoproteins. PNGase F is widely used in quality control of biotechnological products such as monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and glycosylated proteins.
